INEC Cancels Rerun and Declares PDP Winner In Niger State.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has declared choice to stop the rerun for the Niger state House Assembly races in Agaie body electorate.

The Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in the state, Prof. Sam Egwu, yesterday, issued a press articulation announcing the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, applicant, Yahaya Abdullahi, as champ of the race.

INEC said its choice was continuation of the before statement of the PDP hopeful champ of the race by the returning officer, Prof. Musa Kolo.

The REC, in an announcement he actually marked, stated, "the rerun in two units has been dropped after due conferences with partners."
